v1.0.3.02 is in some way incompatible, because after flashing it i have "Connect to MiFit to update again" or something like that. v1.0.2.38 working correctly.

You have to install Resources version required by Firmware version you install.

Also, does it fail to update with the .fw file, or does it fail when updating the resources?
