Question Mi band asking for updating but can't connect it

Hey helpers! I need your help as soon as possible, my mi band 4 has been off for 2 years and now I started it says connect to app again to update. But there's a problem, its not getting connected to app, it says couldn't pair reset band. I have tried mod zepplife and normal one too. Other app asking for auth key and I don't have it. Pls help me how I fix this major issue

Problem Solved::
1. Reinstall Mi Fit/Zepp
2. Click on create new Mi Fit account
3. Select United Arab Emirates in countr
4. Now finish sign up and connect
